Rouse Hill New Childcare Centre | Development Site

This project is a brand new and exciting early childcare & education centre. The proposed site is located on Sweet St within the new subdivision of No. 114 Tallawong Rd in the suburb of Rouse Hill.

• Premier position, close to The Ponds, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Castle Hill & Norwest Business Park and only 800M walk to the Tallwong Train Station.

• Strong accessibility has been provided within the Childcare Centre between the indoor and outdoor areas.

• Cot rooms, toilets, craft basins, nappy changing and bottle preparation facilities are all located around the perimeter of the indoor classrooms.

• The outdoor areas have been designed as safe and stimulating learning and exploration environments that enhance the learning, development, exploration and play of children.

• The proposed childcare centre will accommodate a total of ninety-seven (97) children between the ages of 0 and 5 years old, as well as thirteen (13) staff members.
